### 1. Welcome to EVEV
Mattesu Works ("we", "us") is the collective under whose name Evgerable develops the EVEV project and ecosystem.
These Terms govern EV Identity, EV Index, EV Director, EV Circles, Amiak, Namiko, and other EVEV products that link to this document (collectively, the "Services"). Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
### 2. Acceptance and age
You accept these Terms when you create an EV Identity account, begin authorization, or use a Service function that requires sign-in. Viewing public pages does not by itself constitute acceptance.
Accounts and paid features are available to users aged 18 or older. By continuing authorization, you state that you meet this age requirement and have capacity to enter into a contract. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use functions that require sign-in.
### 3. Your account
Sign-in uses a Google account. You are responsible for securing access to it, keeping your profile current, and for activity performed through your session. If you suspect unauthorized access, end other sessions and email evev@matte.su.
You must not transfer access to your account, impersonate another person, or bypass authorization controls. In EV Identity settings, you can review active sessions and revoke an individual Service's access to your profile.
### 4. What you must not do
We want to keep the Services safe and available to everyone. You must not:
- violate law or the rights of others;
- attack the Services, scan them for vulnerabilities, distribute malware, or overload servers;
- collect another person's personal data or attempt to access information that does not belong to you;
- use scripts, bots, or scrapers in a way that disrupts the Services or violates published rules;
- distribute spam, fraudulent links, or harmful content;
- resell access to your account or paid features without our written permission.
We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach of the Terms, a security threat, or a legal requirement.
### 5. Development and availability
EVEV is an evolving project. We may add, modify, or discontinue individual features. For a planned discontinuation of a paid feature, we will try to notify affected users in advance and provide any refunds required by law through the MoR.
Unless expressly stated for a Service, no guaranteed availability level or support term applies. The Services are offered in their current form and may not work on every device, browser, or network.
### 6. Paid features and subscriptions
The Merchant of Record identified before checkout handles the payment. It is the seller for that transaction, accepts payment, calculates taxes, and processes refunds. Before confirming an order, you will see the seller, total price, currency, subscription period, and cancellation terms.
Questions about a paid feature may be sent to us. The MoR handles questions about charges, tax documents, and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
### 7. Intellectual property
The design, software, logos, and interface text belong to us or their respective owners. While using the Services, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as intended.
Rights in data you create or upload to the Services remain with you or the respective rights holders. You permit us to process that data to the extent needed for selected functions, security, and compliance with law.
### 8. Third-party services
The Services use Google for sign-in, infrastructure providers for application operations, and an MoR for payments. These functions are subject to the relevant providers' terms and policies. We remain responsible for our own obligations when selecting providers and transferring data.
### 9. Ending use
You may stop using EVEV, revoke Service access, or request account deletion at any time.
We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of the Terms, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Where circumstances permit, we will explain the reason and allow data export before closure.
### 10. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Services are not designed for emergency, medical, financial, or other critical uses where failure could threaten life or health or cause substantial property loss.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or lost profits. We are responsible for foreseeable direct loss caused by our breach. Liability that cannot legally be limited and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
### 11. Changes to the Terms
The Terms version and effective date appear at the top of the document. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes in advance. If you do not accept the new version, stop using the Services and request account closure before its effective date.
Continued use of functions that require sign-in after that date constitutes acceptance of the new version to the extent permitted by law.
### 12. Resolving disputes
We prefer to resolve disagreements directly. If you have a problem, email evev@matte.su and we will try to find a solution without court proceedings.
If a dispute proceeds formally, mandatory rules apply, including consumer rights in your place of residence. Otherwise, the dispute is determined under applicable law by a court with jurisdiction where the defendant is domiciled.
